Tibi’s foundation is deeply academic and strategic: a PhD in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. That mix brings rigorous systems thinking, mechanism-design depth, and practical decision science into MetaPartner’s advisory work.
Beyond the credentials, the value comes from pattern recognition: years spent designing and delivering AI and data-science solutions across a range of industries, building his own startup, and — critically — watching AI initiatives succeed and stall from the inside, across enough companies and roles to know that the difference is rarely the technology. It's usually sponsorship, scope, and whether anyone was honest about the data from day one.

- 3. Quantify. Size the opportunity in real business terms — dollars, time, risk — not vague potential.
- 4. Co-design the plan. You and your team shape it with me. You own it going in, not just at handoff.
- 5. Focus. Validate milestones together, then go after the single highest-value problem first — not a dozen small ones.
- 6. Scale, if it's earned. If the solution is ready to scale, I bring in the right delivery partner rather than overselling my own capacity.
